“We were a group with two rooms. The hotel staff worked with us to make our rooms next to each other. We made breakfast in the room and were able to eat together as a family without going to a restaurant in the mornings.”

“Our entire stay was lovely from start to finish. From the smooth check in process and thoughtful room upgrade to the friendly staff, beautiful pool and hot tub area, and complimentary breakfast each morning, everything exceeded our expectations.
Every employee we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful\. We especially loved the pool area, with the garage doors open to let in the fresh air and create such a fun, relaxing atmosphere while still enjoying the comforts of the hotel.
We also appreciated that the breakfast offerings were slightly different each day, giving us something new to look forward to each morning. It was a wonderful touch and made our stay feel even more special.
All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and we truly enjoyed every part of our experience.We would happily stay here again!”

“We stayed here to go to the zoo, the room was clean, no noises in the halls we had a really good night sleep, breakfast is the usual: sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, apple and orange juices and of course coffee. The two ladies we had to deal with at the front of the check in and out were really nice even gave me suggestions on were to take my boys after the zoo. We will be staying here again for sure, it was nice for the price.”
“The person who checked us in was extremely rude. (She has pink hair) which is fine, but I dont know her name. She charged us 20 bucks to check in at 3 even after we're were told on the phone it would be 10 bucks. I tried to explain that to her and she didnt care. She didnt tell us about the phone key, i noticed that when i checked out. And we had to ask her how to even get to the hotels as we've never stayed with you guys before. Her being the first person to interact with individuals checking in, you'd think she would be more friendly and welcoming. The room was great and so was the pool. It would've been 5 stars except for her.”

“I like the location and rooms are very nice. The food area is a bit bizarre because I’m never really sure if you seat yourself or if someone seats you so I end up just standing there waiting to be helped and order while standing there. The most bizarre experience is that the rooms do not have safes in them. Yet they have a Microwave, Fridge, and coffee maker- most hotels are the exact opposite having a safe but no microwave and fridge or coffee maker. Would love to see safes installed!!! Not expensive”

“I came for the casino and left with another mortgage. Staff were incredibly attentive and very kind. Casino was very clean and they had a large selection of table games.”
“Honestly my stay was great. Only issue I have is I am owed 2 nights. I paid for a second week but I was in an accident a few nights before my check out date. My mother collected my things and made sure they knew. I would just appreciate if I was offered 2 free nights since I was charged for all”

“Our room was very clean and the indoor pool was very nice. The only cons was the on shift manager was in the breakfast room talking very loudly on his phone eating also. Then when we went to check out he was missing. We waited 20 minutes even though there was a sign that said he’d be back in 5 minutes. We ended up leaving the key cards on the counter. Very unprofessional.”

“Hand down the best run hotel at this price range I've ever stayed at. It's not luxurious, but clean, comfortable, friendly, and a great free breakfast as far as those go. Staff were very friendly, offering me a free bottle of water and allowing me to check out late.”

“Stayed for 3 night during the College World Series. For the price it was worth the stay compared to others in the area. Room was a bit musty smelling but no big deal.”
“The place could use some maintenance but at least check in was smooth. We had to come here after motel 6 kept us waiting for an hour only to offer single bed rooms instead of the 2 queen rooms we reserved”

“Was only there for one night. We came in late on a bus tour. Rooms were comfortable and the staff was great dealing with a whole bus load. The breakfast was good also.”
