Completely rude . I was in the store before closing went to my car to check which fuses I needed after asking associate which ones my car would need and they "couldnt find" out which size I needed - they locked the door and refused to let me buy the fuses and bulbs I had set on a shelf by the door ... I have been coming to this location for years and am beyond disappointed with such awful customer service. Two Thumbs down!

Went to this store May 9th 2023 close to 9pm closing time. The two gentleman in the store were very nice. Most of all they were very helpful and most welcoming to a lady who was trying to fix her car her self. (Tune up/spark plugs) I appreciate you guys kindness!

I came in with a starter that had failed. I had the warranty but the price had gone up $20 dollars from when I first purchased it a week ago. They did and override on the extra $20 and I didn’t have to pay any extra. They were quick, too. Great guys

Said they had a socket I needed they didn't after driving to the place. Also have 1 person running a register with 90 ppl in line, Always this way and if you aren't Mexican good luck getting waited on

Called 3 separate times this week at different parts of the day with no answer. Needed parts for 2 different vehicles. Would’ve been a handful of money spent but I guess I’ll redirect my business to rockauto from now on. Sad a place like this can’t even answer the phone.
