Belle even liked her, and Belle doesn't like anybody, except my husband and me! Nichole asked my grooming preferences and then she listened to what I said!!! Belle turned out beautiful, and Nichole was kind, caring and patient!

15025 Valley View Dr, Council BluffsAll of the small clinics around my immediate area were closed so we had to take a chance on the Velley View clinic to get our 19 year old diluted tortie cat seen. We knew it was likely her time, as sad as it was. The staff got us in the same day and gave us well over an hour and a half to decide to euthanize her, and spend the time with her before during and after. I was very impressed with how sympathetic and patient the staff was with us at such a heartbreaking time. In the future, I will be bringing my animals here for everything. Thank you Valley View Veterinary staff ❤️

That day they couldn’t get me in so I took my dog to the cb walk in clinic vet and they just told me that she had the dog flu. When she didn’t get better and was getting worse they were able to get her in fast. They did blood draws and a bunch of other tests but nothing really jumped out. They are a vet clinic and offers boarding this is where your pet should be. we went for a vacation, came home and picked up our pets and i complained when I got home because my puppy wasn't acting normally. I got a call within the day so they can get my pet checked up, and they were able to reassure me that my baby is doing fine in his stay. Hearing those words makes my anxiety went down. 10/10 for keeping my pet safe.

This vet worked her in & I could not believe how caring, thorough & friendly everyone was, also the cost was very comparable or better than other vets. We have brought our dog here since then & the care is phenomenal. Thank you all for the great care you provide!

They work hard to get to the root of any problems we may be having. They all showed compassion when we had to say goodbye to two of our best dogs. We will only use this vet clinic. Trusting someone with my best friend that wasn't a part of a mainstream franchise pet center was tough at first, but everything in my gut told me I could trust Richard, and I sure was right. And to the degree I felt moved to leave a review.
The communication, love, attention, and picture updates through my dog's stay was something I could not imagine could be better for me, and most importantly for my dog Milo.
I will be a semi-frequent visitor to Omaha, and I know where my dog will be staying every time going forward.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store
530 30th Ave, Council BluffsFirst time at this location, traveling through, did not dine in, and it was somewhat busy, as it was dinner hours. Food was prepared promptly and was fresh & hot. Was missing one veggie ( corn) , the food was very bland, even the white gravy, chicken, hamburger steak and mashed potatoes all needed salt added. The hash brown casserole was not cooked all the way, potatoes still had a bite to them. It was not horrible, but, definitely not what Cracker Barrel use to be. Decades ago, they prided themselves on consistency , it no longer is not that. Service was friendly, and we did tip accordingly , we did not go back to retrieve the corn .
