Picked her up and her coat is soft, shiny and CLEAN! They also trimmed her nails! Couldn’t be happier with the service and the cost. Will definitely use Karen’s Kritters again!

I have found though that regardless of the day or time you come in, or how busy it is, the service is consistently terrible. The food, however, is consistently excellent - pizza nachos, wings... all great. Lower your expectations on the time it takes to have your order taken, drinks refilled, etc. and you'll still find it an enjoyable visit. Prices are reasonable and there's plenty of seating and parking.
