“Great people, great store. All are so helpful and full of smiles! They have medical equipment (which they joyfully educate you on proper use and safety) and over-the-counter products (I even saw a variety of essential oils to choose from) how cool? You can also find things like First aid and general health and hygiene essentials. The pharmacist even consults with you in private about your new prescriptions. Truly feels like they prioritize customer service as #1! They even have a Respiratory Therapist in the store ready to give you all the info you need in making your respiratory therapies most beneficial to you. And did I mention, shoes? Yeah, they have great shoes (all ages and styles) that they will customize to your unique feet giving you more comfort in your everyday life! Check them out you may be surprised to see that it's a PUBLIC STORE and not just your local Pharmacy and Home Medical Services! Reccomend to all.”

“I've been with them for many years throughout the course of changing names etc.
But here lately, they'll fill my non narc stuff early but my other stuff like my anxiety meds that are controlled, they know when my meds are due..
Just like everyone else's.
They should be giving courtesy calls or texts to let us know when our meds are due.
I moved and have to have them mailed to me.
Then I have to wait until I see my doctor to get switched to a closer pharmacy.
Because they won't just send them over to the pharmacy in oelwein..
They can do it they say with my non narcotics, but can't do it with my 3 or so months worth of scripts.
Every other pharmacy I've ever dealt with has done that.
So why don't Cresco family pharmacy south.
Kate and Kyle are the best there and especially Kyle is always on top of everything..
I can't just be off my meds because it would be life changing for me.
A better system should be put in place for text or automated calls.
There's so many of us that don't remember and then we look bad for calling the pharmacy all the time for reminders.
I'm still giving the 5 star and more review only because of Kate and especially Kyle.
Those two are so so amazing...
Just something to think about if you're on a bunch of meds like myself.
I've stayed committed to this pharmacy since 2008..
Change's should be made.
Now my vehicle is down and I have no way or nobody who can pick them up and that's very frustrating and I don't have enough to wait for them to come in the mail.
Please y'all work on putting a better system in place..
It would make y'all's jobs easier as well because then if a text system was out into place, then we can look back at our messages and know and remember when our meds are due.
Other than that.
