“I have used this place for years. Always satisfied. Lonnie is great and pleasant to deal with. Only reason for 4 stars is the condition of my vehicle when its returned to me. I keep my truck detailed at all times. Immaculate condition. The mechanics need to keep the dirt in the shop. One time when I got in my truck I had dirt all over my steering wheel and all down my drivers door panel. I was so pissed I couldn't go back in and complain. It wouldn't have went well. I was there again recently and again dirt along the kick panel when you get into the truck and all over my floor mat. Not just a little either. I showed lonnie and explained my last experiences to him from before. He said "Its Just shop dust off the floor". Exactly! Keep it there is my opinion. Not all over the inside of my truck!!!! One more time and I will go elsewhere for my repairs!”

“Want a truly honest mechanic!!! It's a really bad day when you go out to your vehicle and find it's leaking something under the engine; appeared to be the water pump for sure. I called around and got estimates for putting in a new water pump. In talking to Dave at Carlisle's in Creston, it would be costly but his estimate was the most reasonable. So I made my appointment and brought my car in. later, I received a call from Dave with great news; it wasn't the pump after all, it was a different part that cost a lot less to fix; what a blessing. Can you believe how honest he was when he could have just replaced the pump like I assumed was the problem anyway? You can't find honest people like that any too easy anymore. Thank you, thank you, thank you Dave! You are going to be very busy from all the people we've been telling about your service! My husband and I can't be more pleased! We have several vehicles and you are now our number 1 service center to go to!! Paul and Pam Woodman!”
