“I was in Dollar Tree today. I do not know the names of the 2 gentlemen that were checking but 1 was in charge and 1 was new. Lines were long but they were humming along. The new guy had a problem. The guy in charge was so patient and kind. Reassured the employee, reassured the customer. It was handled so smoothly and professionally it hardly caused a hiccup. The guy in charge 100% understands how to encourage and train. It was nice to see.”
