Board and Batten, LLC is a unique bar and shop in Dallas Center. It is a cool, friendly, and fun place described as a wonderful addition to the town. The store offers a large selection of local items, boutique clothing, antiques, candles, spices, unique apparel, and other unexpected finds and hidden gems. It features many handcrafted and beautiful pieces. The business includes a full bar and a lower-level speakeasy hosting live music on Thursday nights, sometimes with steak night. Friday nights feature karaoke. There are three pool tables. The speakeasy basement is noted as a really neat area and the best part about the bar. While the bar area can be challenging during busy events, the shop is highly recommended. It is considered a wonderful little shop with the most wonderful staff, open all week with special events. It is a most unusual place to have a beer in a good way.
So much fun at the Friday night Karaoke! All the staff was so wonderful, can't wait to go back! So friendly!!

Love love love this bar/shop. The owner is so wonderful & they have so many unique & beautiful pieces. This is such an awesome addition to Dallas Center.
