No phone tree or runaround. A human ( Scott ) answered the phone and said they would be happy to help. He walked me through the process and got the necessary battery on order. When it came in Lee, the gentleman would do the repair, asked me when I would like to come in. We set an appointment and we I arrived Lee was waiting for me and replaced my battery in 30 minutes and I was on my way. I couldn’t be happier with the service and attention I received at Rick’s Computers. Highly recommend!”
