The leasing staff are very friendly and always quick to help with whatever you need. The maintenance staff are also very friendly and competent, they're quick to resolve issues with care. The neighbors are quiet, the parking lots are clean with plenty of spaces, and the personal patios are perfect for relaxing and making your own. There's laundry in each building and the machines work well. The mailboxes and hub are convenient and secure. We were beyond satisfied with the move in process and state of the apartment. This is a place you can feel comfortable and will be glad to call home.”

“I have a friend that lives in Forest Grove and I house sit sometimes.I agree 1000% with the other reviews.The tenants I met here were phenomenal,so were the matinence and staff.This place is very comfortable,cozy and clean.I would definitely recommend this place as first on my list of places to live in this area.”
