You Guys and Gals ARE GREAT... BUT... I would give you The Full 5 Star Rating. But... I Just Can't... Because... (Y'ALL HAD S.A.R.A. "DISAPPERED"). SO I Am Deducting 2 stars... MINUS 1 STAR FOR GETTING RID OF S.A.R.A. AND MINUS 1 STAR FOR NOT BRING HER BACK... (I HAVE ASKED Y'ALL TO DO BRING BACK S.A.R.A. ON A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT OCCASIONS)... THE NEW AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM Y'ALL REPLACED HER WITH...(WELL IT SUCKS NO IFS, ANDS, OR BUTS... S.A.R.A.WAS THE BEST AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM THAT I HAVE EVER USED. I CALLED ALMOST EVERY NIGHT TO CHECK MY BALANCE.AND THIS NEW SYSTEM IS CONFUSING AND VERY COMPLICATED..., IT DOESN'T DO WHAT I NEED/SUPPOSED TO DO. AND THATS TO BE ABLE TO CHECK MY BALANCE. (WHEN ITS AFTER HOURS). AND GET ME A TELLER ON THE PHONE. (DURING BUISNESS HOURS). THATS IT, AND ALL. YALL TRIED TO MAKE THIS NEW PHONE SYSTEM "HIP" AND ITS THE UNCOOLEST PHONE SYSTEM. (SO MUCH FOR THEE WAVE OF THEE FUTURE). I WILL MENTION A ACRONYM..? ((K.I.S.S)) (EVERYONE SHOULD APPLY THIS MORE OFTEN TO THINGS). IT APPLYS IN/TO MANY/MOST AND LIKELY/DEFINITELY ALL FIELDS OF STUDY/BUISNESS/PERSONAL ASPECTS IN LIFE...IF Y'ALL BRING S.A.R.A BACK TO LIFE AND HAVE HER FUNCTION LIKE SHE USED TOO DO. (DEPENDABLE, RELIABLE, UNCOMPLICATED, AND UNCONFUSING). I WOULD CHANGE THE RATING AND GIVE YOU A 5 STARS... BUT WITHOUT S.A.R.A. BEING BROUGHT BACK TO DO WHAT SHE WAS DESIGNED TO DO. THAT HOPE IS LOST AND NEEDS TO BE FOUND IMMEDIATELY, PRONTO, CHOP CHOP.("DIGITAL BANKING") (YUCK) ESPECIALLY FOR WHAT IS JUST SUPPOSED TO BE AN AUTOMATED PHONE ASSISTANCE). ISNT THAT WHAT THE ASCENTRA APP, THE WEBSITE, A "SMART PHONE" AND MOBILE/WI-FI DATA WHERE DESIGNED TO/FOR DO AND WAS INVENTED/DESIGNED TO DO DIGITAL THINGS...???. BUT A BANKS AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM WHICH IS DESIGNED TO JUST HELP A CALLER DO AT LEAST THESE 3 THINGS:1ST CHECK BALANCE...2ND CONNECT ME/SOME/ANY ONE TO A BANK TELLER,3RD CONNECT WITH AND TO LOAN OFFICER... THAT IS BASICALLY IT...WAIT... THERE IS A 4TH THING...4TH BANK HOURS AND LOCATIONS...PORKY PIG SAID IT BEST... "THA THA THAT IS ALL FOLKS"P.S.S.A.R.A!!!, S.A.R.A!!!, SSSAAARRRA!!! COME BACK!!! WHERE ARE YOU S.A.R.A!!!???......!!!..!!!.!!!!!!!

We have had several accounts with this credit union for over 30 years. We are very happy with our accounts and friendly staff. The rates for a loan are cheaper than going to a bank.

Today I went in to cash a check but was told by bank teller HOLLY that my check couldn't be cashed because "there was not enough money in my account to cover the check" she also said they would have to hold the check for 10 days(never heard of this!) I said Thank you and went to another ascentra location. They cashed the check with no problem! When I came back to ask HOLLY why she couldn't cash my check she then said "it's the tellers choice" She stood there and just continued to lie to my face! I've been banking here for years and I have 4 different accounts but it's things like this that really make me want to switch banks! who wants to be treated like that? Who wants to be lied to.
