“I had to take my pick-up truck in yesterday (the day before Thanksgiving) to Kimberly Car City in Davenport for a broken license plate light. I only had a single day which I could take the truck in and had an appointment at 10:00 am. The Service Department was a beehive of activity with it being before a holiday weekend and a winter storm coming through. Yet the staff at Kimberly Car City was pleasant, efficient and took care of me as if I were the only customer in the shop that day. Kudos to Jennifer Moses and her crew! I was in and out in less than two hours and they even covered the repair under warranty. The customer service was outstanding and greatly appreciated. You have a customer here for life!”

Edward quickly assessed the vehicle and repaired what was necessary to make sure we could make the trip back home safely. He was thorough, kind, and did not upsell at all. This meant a lot to me since we were in a pretty vulnerable position 200 miles from home. Highly recommend!”

“2011 Road King. Bought 5 years ago with 30k miles, has 60k now. Moved into area last year. Looked for independent shop, found Thunder Road. Had the bike in for various reasons over the year, most recently cause she just wasn’t running right. They have always done good work, but this time they out did themselves. Tracked down a few issues and have the bike running better than ever has since I bought it. She just purrs.
