“How funny (in a slightly sarcastic use of the word) that a financial institution that we just happened to stumble upon while making a car purchase earlier this year is so far nicer, kinder and more helpful than the credit union that my family has been with for almost 40 years, and more those things than the bank we've been with for a few mortgages over a decade. They are quite the distance from us, so we've not stepped foot in a branch of theirs, but they have no issues or attitudes with helping us resolve all and any problems that we need done or answer any questions we've had on the phone and online. I rarely hand out five star reviews, but they definitely deserve it! I plan on moving most if not all my accounts here eventually!”
