I can't get a hold of anyone in the pharmacy to ask about my prescriptions. I have to call the store and have a store worker go and ask the pharmacy to pick up the phone. I need to know I'm important to my medical care team including the pharmacy. I'm switching to Walgreens.

The staff are great, but they are just overwhelmed, and don't have a good system in place to keep up with the scripts they are filling. Many long waits, unanswered phone calls, and going days without meds. They're nice, but I can't do it.

I generally like Hy-Vee but I have called pharmacy multiple times an they never answer. I just called an let it ring like 20 times an still no answer. Once again , 7-2, I call multiple times an no answer.
