“over all it's a good store although I will say maybe have a chat with employees specifically the ones who were stocking soda Friday about 3pm about not loudly discussing how high they are and other inappropriate subjects as multiple customers some with kids are in the aisle. no one cares they smoke it up. however they should probably keep it to themselves.”
“We have recently switched from a large pharmacy to Costco pharmacy. My wife just had a total knee replacement and Costco Pharmacy has been beyond helpful. They are always professional and kind. It seems Costco can get your medication, if they don't have it, very quick. We had had it where our previous Pharmacy took up to a month to get medications that we needed for after a big surgery. It was never, no we can't get it or we don't have it. Costco has always gotten it within 1 day if they didn't have it. It has been so much less stress to know you they are working with you to get anything. Plus if you have questions they are very really are very knowledgeable about what you are taking. I have been very pleased with this easy transfer of our medications.”

“I’ve been using the Genoa Healthcare pharmacy located inside the Vera French center for a while now, and overall, it’s a much better experience than the big-box retail chains.
What I Like:
Specialized Care: Since they are located right inside the mental health center, they really understand the specific needs of the patients here. They don’t just treat you like a number in a line.
Medication Packaging: One of the best things they offer is the pre-filled pill packs. Having everything organized by date and time makes it so much easier to stay on track with my meds without having to second-guess if I took them or not.
Convenience: It’s incredibly handy to be able to walk right from an appointment over to the pharmacy window. They also offer delivery, which has been a lifesaver when I can’t make it into Davenport.
Room for Improvement:
Communication: Like many places these days, they seem a bit short-staffed. It can sometimes be a struggle to get someone on the phone for a quick question, and I’ve had a couple of instances where a refill wasn't ready exactly when promised.
Wait Times: Depending on the time of day, the wait at the window can get a little backed up, especially when the clinic is busy.
Final Verdict: If you are already a patient at Vera French, switching to Genoa is a no-brainer. They are compassionate and the specialized packaging is a game-changer for managing prescriptions. Just make sure to call in your refills a day or two early to account for the occasional communication lag.”

“I had a needed prescription sent to Hyvee pharmacy on Sunday, but my prescription did not show up. Aryanna realized there was a problem and was able to figure out that the ui urgent care sent it to the wrong Hy-Vee location. She was able to get the prescription transferred and get my meds. Aryanna was professional, kind, and I felt like she cared. She was amazing.! I may be misspelling her name, but she did a terrific job and I really appreciate her effort! I would go back to that Hy-Vee pharmacy just because of her!”

“I could not find the sale item in stock at 5 other Walgreens stores. So, I stopped into the Walgreens at 1525 E. Kimberly Rd in Davenport Iowa, which made my 6th Walgreens stop. I again couldn’t find the sale item I was searching for. Sandra checked a couple other locations in the store and couldn’t find the item either. She OFFERED to check in the back for me. (None of the other locations looked on the shelves or in the back for me. Every other locations said they were out of stock, and one store even stated they got a truck in today and would restock probably next week. I asked her “after the sale is over?” She said yes, sorry.) At the store at 1525 E. Kimberly Rd, Sandra went the extra step to check in back and said they were out of stock. She then offered to get ahold of her Store Manager Steph and asked her if they could make it right with me. Her boss collected the info and reviewed the items in question. Steph told Sandra to go ahead and make me a deal for a substitute product. Sandra and Steph know how to communicate and put the customers’ needs first. I was so frustrated after already stopping at 5 other stores first. I am so grateful for Sandra and Steph at 1525 E Kimberly Rd, Davenport Iowa! Amazing customer service ladies! I appreciate you, and I will be back to this location again! THANK YOU”
