“Kudos to Belle for EXCEPTIONAL customer service! She spent a great deal of time helping me with my purchase of a new phone, which was no easy task due to some issues with my old phone. Belle was extremely courteous, personable, and professional. She explained everything in simple terms and made sure I was getting exactly what I needed. Additionally, a customer with a language barrier came in while my data was uploading and Belle was able to patiently help the customer's young daughter who was interpreting for her mother. We need more Belle's in customer service!”

We had such a hard time getting in contact with U.S cellular to switch our service that we almost walked out without setting up service.
