“My grandparents have been taking their cars to lindells for 30+ years, so when i needed my buick fixed i made the appt. I took my car in to get the air fixed and an oil change. When I got it back the car felt kind of off. I called lindells on the weekend and they called me right back and got me back in right away!! After they fixed some other issues, I had my car for about a week and then more problems started happening!! Its very frustrating and overwhelming when things go wrong with the car after I just had it fixed. Jake was understanding and asked me to come in so we can look at the car together. When he was diagnosing it he was thorough and explained what was working and what was not, showed me that my engine was fine which was very reassuring, and we were able to figure out what the main issue was. All stemmed from a faulty compressor for the air! He was able to get me in right away again and fix it. Jake was wonderful and compassionate to my issues and made sure to get to the bottom of the issue. Thank you so much Lindells!”
