“I stopped by the Davenport unit one day last week and there is no one in the office at the time.. I had cleared out one of my units and want to cancel the rental on that unit, Stopped by this morning (Tuesday, September 2nd) and met with Gary (manager) and got everything taken care of without any problems. Did not realize Gary was in the storage area cleaning and securing other units when I stopped and I was missing him on my visit. Just wanted to say since Lockbox has taken over operation of the business things are much cleaner and Gary has been very helpful in every encounter I have had. I have had three (3) units there for over four (4) years now and this is the best it has been under the new ownership and Gary's management! Highly recommend Lockbox to anyone looking for a climate controlled storage facility! Thanks again for all that you do for me and my family knowing our possession are safe and secure.”

“They just put new cameras up all the way around the property, easy to get it out of along with the units being clean with high ceilings. The property is also clean and well mowed.”

“While I was storing my rv here it was fine, but I sold it, me and the new owner contacted them to switch over the information, they charged his card, and we thought it was done. Then they charged mine the month after and even after the new owner tried to make it right they wouldn't refund me the money unless we both came in person? It was really annoying but luckily the owner just gave me my money back in cash form. My rv was safe there though, and they do have good ratesEdit: The general manager contacted me and not only resolved my issue but did so quickly and without much needed from me. Extra star added for his incredibly kind customer service and efficiency, and I stand by my previous statement of affordable rates and safe keeping ?”

“The lady at the front desk was very helpful and prompt. The area was also very clean and it seems like it'll be a good area to store your stuff as long as it's not super valuable because they don't have a security front gate.”
“Place is secure, with spacious aisles for dollies and jacks. Climate control units are a savior in the winter. Only seen a few spiders at most. Never any signs of rodents or any other pests. Gentleman on site is very helpful.”
“When we stored our stuff there it was very good. However, there was a big fire in one of the units that contaminated manynof the units with smoke and sut. Not sure if the entire storage facility is open for business.”
