“I see a lot of negative comments on here regarding this location I must say that I've had a PO Box at this location for over 30 years and I've always found the people to be very nice and responsive on the few occasions where I had issues with mail delivered to my home address it's always been small issues. In the past I've had 3 packages delivered to my address that were for the same address but different street I've always just taken the package to the correct address and let the people know what happened, I've never considered it a big deal as there are occasions were people make mistakes in all types of business and getting upset or raging against them doesn't ever solve any problems. Sometimes we need to give the same amount of consideration to others that we ourselves would like. For those that don't know the Post Office has an application that can tell you when mail is due to be delivered to your address I've used it for several years it's great. The app. Is called USPS Informed Delivery.”
“A little kindness goes a long way. These ladies endure multiple requests all day long but yet still maintain a positive attitude. I had 4 packages that required extra special handling and Rhonda was very patient to meet my shipping needs (even with a long line behind me). I did not feel rushed and I felt confident that my packages would arrive safely. I went back the next day for my peace of mind (NOT because I felt they were incompetent), and asked more questions. I explained why I was there and Rhonda showed me my packages and was empathetic to my situation. I would not hesitate to mail anything from here again.”
