From the first moment I had texted or contacted their business, Josh in sales/customer service answered back very promptly. Superb communications. The whole process was efficient to say the least. Not only that, I told him I had wanted the item and that he’d set it aside. I’d be driving 3 hrs. from out of state to come pick it up. And, without any credit card required. Upon arriving I met him and the owner, Joel Reno. We had some great conversation. I bought it and was on my way. In short, I’d come back to do business with them again. No doubts. It’s what customer service should be today!”
