I own a 2007 Saturn, and after driving it here from Wisconsin, it started experiencing issues like a wobbly front right wheel and loss of power steering. Skeptical about finding a reliable repair shop, I called Rick & Kens. They got me in right away, diagnosed the problems, and gave me a very fair repair estimate. Not only did they fix the immediate issues, but they also took care of the small things and made sure I left knowing what I should follow up next with on the vehicle. “Today (3/23/24), very early in the morning (4:00 am), my truck went totally out of power at the interstate. Long story short, dispatch communicated with Tegeler Wrecker and Crane and John showed up expeditiously and did the whole process that included transporting/towing us (me and my truck) to the Freightliner Shop in Davenport. John, not only was very professional but friendly as well. He showed excellent skills at conducting this kind of business and did it in an expeditious way, but in a very safe way. Kudos to John, who is definitely, a great representative of the Company! Huge thank you to Tegeler Wrecker and Crane but even more gratitude to Mr. John! “Called for a tow from rock island to east mo....for starters, cheapest price. I love the tracking link they send to see where the tow truck is in route to you. Driver called within 10 mins of call to dispatch. He had asked details and we agreed that a flatbed would be needed. Minutes after this discussion they had a flat bed in route. Total time from call to vehicle being dropped at destination, less than an hour. Very impressed and pleased with service.”

It's just that he knows what he's talking about and every one in awhile some clown will go in there acting like they know more than him.thats when you see that pat. “Poli towed my Sport Chassis truck from Iowa 80 Truckstop to South Bend, IN. One phone call, a few pictures and Poli was on his way. Such a pleasure to get a calm and helpful voice on the other end of the line after obviously things were not going well since I was calling for a tow truck.Being a retired Cop, I have always respected tow truck drivers. I had a great experience working with these guys today and if you’re ever broke down in the area, this is the only phone call I would make. They go above and beyond in making sure you and your equipment is taken care of, like it’s their own. I really appreciate the attention to detail.Thanks guys! “On Hickory Grove Road right next to Walmart I THINK the people should reopen Steak and Shake here in Davenport iowa to hire new people that would work hard and fast cook clean and maintenance on the rest room takeing out the trash make it super good like a clean business so more customers could come in sit down ask what thay want to drink or have or ready to order I would do janitor by moping the floor cleaning the windows myself to make sure it smells nice”
