Von Maur is a retail store with wonderful customer service where employees are always happy to assist and welcome customers, frequently going above and beyond. The staff is great, helpful, and extremely helpful. The store offers great collections, nice brands, lots of selection, and some exclusive brands. It features good sales and free gift wrapping. Shoppers feel welcomed, which encourages them to shop around. The experience is what all retail stores should still feel like, making it one of a favorite stores.
Although we didn't come home with anything, we did look at shoes and purses. Associates are always helpful .

Great collections in compare to surrounding shops. Iowa and Illinois need more stores like this. Looks like pricey but people are buying. Some exclusive brands are here.
