Von Maur is a retail store with wonderful customer service where employees are always happy to assist and welcome customers, frequently going above and beyond. The staff is great, helpful, and extremely helpful. The store offers great collections, nice brands, lots of selection, and some exclusive brands. It features good sales and free gift wrapping. Shoppers feel welcomed, which encourages them to shop around. The experience is what all retail stores should still feel like, making it one of a favorite stores.
Took my wife to find a formal even dress. Several to choose from, colors and patterns. We purchased some perfume too. The staff was very perfessional and friendly.
