Very unpleasant experience. Not only did not get what I ordered but the kitchen helper decided to take my food and give it to someone else after I had already opened it. Sounds like a food virus waiting to happen.

Ordered pizza, gave a time to pick up for 40 min, but ended waiting 1 hr and the boys working in kitchen didn't communicate or have any customer service skills. I understand when it gets busy but they should at least talk or have some type of customer service skills.

I had an issue with a delivery order due to DoorDash and the manager was so beyond helpful and wonderful! Completely remade my entire order, free of charge! The pizza was phenomenal as well! Thank you so much for helping a mom hanging on by a thread!

I have never punched a gas pump until today. The handle had more diesel on it then the actual pump inside. I go to stick it in the side of my pickup and it sprays diesel all over my truck. I go inside and tell the clerk and he basically tells me he's never been out there to actually see the gas pump...Nice kid, but apparently wasn't "trained" to do his actual job.I said "bro, you gotta go out there and take care of those pumps, change paper towels, etc..." He shook his head, no, but not because he was being rude. He was very polite - nobody has told him to do this.What bothers me is another round of COVID is supposedly on its way. And we have clerks at gas stations charging people at the registers for gas that comes from their gas pumps, but they don't see the correlation.He actually even offered to helpe clean the sprayed diesel from the side of my truck. Like I say, very polite. But Casey's, hasn't told their people to clean pump handles and add paper towels to those window cleaning stations. Not cool.The image below is prior to pumping any diesel. They all looked like that.

Worst Casey’s ever , There’s a crackhead working in the kitchen and can’t seem to replace expired food and sauces for new. Boomerang sauce was expired since the beginning of the 7th month . I had to walk back to get new ones and throw away the old ones since they don’t know how to do there job , got in my semi left and noticed they put bacon all in my cheeseburger . She can’t label stuff right either . Lucky I left the 2nd time cause if I would’ve walked back , You guys would’ve had sauce and food all over the floor

Very friendly staff and management. Food is great and it's been great experience everytime I've been there which is usually everyday. Easy to find what I want and if I can't they are more than happy to to help.to assist me.

Order chicken tenders and they give you small pieces counting them as chicken tenders they are more like chicken nuggets

Had a visit to this location recently. Clean, fast service and very friendly staff. I ordered some (seemingly new on the menu) chicken wings. They looked great and the texture was great. Only disappointment was that they were very salty and overpoweringly sweet at the same time. Might be a fault from the supplier.

Big like this Casey’s so hard you’d wish I didn’t like it so hard. People here were alive and happy. Been to a couple places where I couldn’t say the same with my mouth. But here. You can say that with your mouth here. And it would be for truth because that’s how it is. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.
