“5 Star shout out to Thomas in the Decorah store. His customer service skills are outstanding. We came in the store late, near closing, inquiring about a new headlight as ours had just gone out. He jumped in to try to help even though we all knew the vehicle is a challenging make/model to quickly change headlights on. He didn't hesitate to go out in the dark and try, and he was able to successfully get to the headlight. He helped us pick out new ones near closing time, and quickly installed them. He had no idea we had a trip the next day and that we were desperately hoping for the help. He didn't need to hear why it was a need for us; he treated it urgently all on his own. He is friendly, professional and kind and you are lucky to have him as an employee.”
