Verizon in Decorah did an amazing job helping me through the process of switching from T-mobile to Verizon! Nicholas was wonderful! We met twice with him & our third visit was with another associate & he was also very good ! So glad I switched!

As usual, Manager Corey and his co-worker Christian knock it out of the park with their knowledgeable customer service! Best Verizon store I’ve ever been to. 🤗
