“My wife’s old iPhone suddenly stopped working while we were visiting Decorah, Iowa. Fortunately there is a Verizon store in town to help us out. We were helped out by Nic who spent the time necessary to get her phone replaced with a new model and made sure she got the best deal on her trade-in. Nic answered all of her questions and made the transfer of data from her old phone to the new one as easy as possible. It took quite a while to do the data transfer because of the amount of data on her phone, but Nic kept us informed on the progress as we walked around downtown and enjoyed all of the interesting shops. Thanks for helping us out Nic!”
