I went in to have a new phone set up and their internet was down. Tyler did a phenomenal job handling a tough situation where he was very limited on resources. Tyler was also the only person working the store and did a great job staying calm and servicing everyone that came in the door to his best ability when being limited by the one thing they need to run a business…the internet.

Tim was very helpful for us. He explained how we should our phones when oversea’s. He also explained how easy it is get us from Media-com to Verizon for our cable service and got us signed up and our modem on order.

Cody does a great job! Patient with " non techies" and he explained things well. I went in for a screen protector and came out with a new updated cord, brick and car charger. Great service!
