5 Star shout out to Thomas in the Decorah store. His customer service skills are outstanding. We came in the store late, near closing, inquiring about a new headlight as ours had just gone out. He jumped in to try to help even though we all knew the vehicle is a challenging make/model to quickly change headlights on. He didn't hesitate to go out in the dark and try, and he was able to successfully get to the headlight. He helped us pick out new ones near closing time, and quickly installed them. He had no idea we had a trip the next day and that we were desperately hoping for the help. He didn't need to hear why it was a need for us; he treated it urgently all on his own. He is friendly, professional and kind and you are lucky to have him as an employee.

Yesterday evening while on vacation in Decorah, our check engine light turn on. We stopped in and got wonderful Assistant from an older gentleman and nerdy younger guy who was able to help diagnose our issue and get us a part as well. We are incredibly thankful for the amazing service and time they took to research our issue so we would have peace of mind while driving home.

A very nice and helpful employee thought he might know what was wrong with my tire and brought out the part and fixed my tire in the parking lot. I was able to make it home which was over 100 miles from there and its still holding up fine.
