The Depot Outlet is a thrift store celebrating its 50th year, providing a solid thrifting experience. It is a local thrift store with a positive mission and strong community relations, described as a bright star. The store is awesome, with lots of cool treasures to be found, including items like cassettes, books, and media at prices that beat out everywhere else. The space is large and easy to move through. Their prices are really reasonable, and customers almost always get out of there for less than $15. The turnover rate for the items on the shelf is nuts, meaning there is constant new inventory. All profit goes back into the community in a rather substantial way, as the operation is a non-profit. The staff are volunteers, contributing to this community-focused mission. A common observation is that the store is busy all the time. Even when it's slow, it's busy. Some feedback suggests occasional inconsistencies, such as seeing an item overpriced or finding some pricing confusing compared to what is sometimes discarded. However, the overall value is clear, offering local goods at affordable prices for everyone. It is a great place for those who value giving back to their neighbors.
Super friendly staff. Great selection. Never know what you will find and that is part of the fun!
