“On my last visit,a young man named Franklin helped me with putting a headlight into my car.He helped me with the purchase and offered to put the headlight in for me.He also noticed my connector was burnt and replaced that too.I was with my 4 1/2 yr old and this young man was so polite,patient and just plain nice to us.First time I’ve ever felt like that @ this location.I know the bare minimum about cars so him offering to fix something I couldn’t meant the world to me.I appreciate your great customer service Franklin.You are an asset at that location and your boss better know.Id recommend a raise!I wish more businesses/employees treated Mothers accompanied by young children in that respectful way.Just Wow.”

“Working on the road in Missouri Valley. Work was shifting to Minnesota. Long story short, my alternator took a dump and was in the process of shifting north for more work. My wife called Ford dealers around no valley to omaha. Everyone was booked out including team Ford in Denison. They still moved forward in penciling me in and understood my predicament. Gave me a loaner car to get me north so I could continue making coin and replaced the alternator in the meantime. Thank you to Karla and the mechanics that handled business.”
