Took my boys here, both 60+lbs. The staff was great and I love that they make their own treats! Prices were extremely reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased!! :)

Both locations do a great job! When I needed to board my extremely needy cat for several days, the staff told me later that there was always someone working one-handed because they had Vash on the other shoulder. They also do a great job with grooming!

6 months ago went to pick up my dog and she was lame. Had to take her to the vet for X-rays 230 later . No explanation how or why it happened. No video on what happened. Was told a result of playing

We've boarded our 2 dane mixes three times at 4 Paws North now. The staff is great! The very first time we boarded them, I was so nervous! They voluntarily sent me pictures to reassure me our dogs were being well taken care of. They're very responsive over the phone and over FB. If they say they're going to call/message you back with an answer, they always do. I love that I can ask them for updates while I am gone and they're more than happy to. They personally know dogs by their names and owners which is cool. I've noticed they tend to have the same staff too. They're transparent with prices, which are very fair. I've never been "surprised" with any hidden fees like other places. They also have a good list of add on's like baths/nail grinding available while boarding. They do a thorough job with grooming and they come home so soft and smell good. My dogs have never gotten kennel cough while being there (they did at another boarding place the one time we brought them). Last and most importantly, our dogs LOVE going. When we drop them off, they're so excited, they care less to say bye sometimes. They will sprint towards the back, knowing what fun awaits. We've boarded our dogs once at another place that was supposed to be really nice but nothing compare to 4 Paws staff and services.

This was my second time here I don’t have anything bad to say but please have cameras out in the yard where they play and please have multiple big water bowels outside.He came home and devoured 2 water bowels. I will probably be finding somewhere else for his day care since I can not see him when he’s outside

I like the staff - very friendly. But the last grooming appointment wasn't good. Dog's legs shaved to skin in some spots, some hair missed. In general, grooming looks choppy. When I asked about the close shaves on her legs, I was given a poor excuse.Also, the dog drank an entire bowl of water when she hot home - like she didn't get any while she was there (5 hours).Won't be headed back.

Everyone's judging the groomers, but personally! They took care of my baby. She has had terrible experiences with groomers in the past and her whole body shakes at the sound of a dryer. I let them know-- and they were so kind!

Great price and very friendly staff. They took care of our Cockapoo for a week. This was his first time being boarded and they assured us they would always be acting in the best interest of the dogs, making sure they are getting along and keeping them safe. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a happy home for their pet while away.

I don't think words can adequately describe how much we love 4 Paws. They know our dogs, they love our dogs, and they are always responsive to their and our needs. They were there for us before, during, and after the pandemic as we will be continuing to take our pups forever more. They are personable professionals and I can't be more thankful for everything they offer. 6/5 stars.

My dogs came home happy and very tired. I can tell they had a good time!My biggest complaints would be- daycare is extra. Never boarded before where they wasn't included in the daily boarding price. So it ended up being quite a bit more than I planned.

Sent my puppies here cause my normal boarder was full and recommended them. When I picked them up I was surprised to get 1/2 the dog food back I sent. I'm supposed to set each meal for both. Each eat the same so it shouldn't be a problem. Yet I was told obviously they wasn't eating well. 1st time I've heard this. My girl now is acting abnormal when it comes to food, and is whining when I leave the house. Take it as you see but I won't bring them here again.

I've used 4Paws for my last 2-doggies and both were treated well. Currently my Patterdale Terrier goes at least 2 x week and I'm sure she would go more if she could. She has been boarded there a couple of times and she seemed to have no issues at all. I enjoy watching her play/interaction with other dogs and can see she has a wonderful time! The staff is great and gives all the dogs attention.... They notice when something isn't right and will let you know (she had heat rash and I didn't notice but they did!). I highly recommend!

We've been using 4 Paws for years now, and they've always been amazing! Our dog Lexi requires special accommodations, to put it lightly, but the staff is incredible and handles it with ease. You can tell they really care about their job and the pets. Honestly, we wouldn't want to take our dog anywhere else. Your pet is in good hands at 4 Paws!
