They are the worst people to deal with. They say that they take your account off of auto pay then go and take the money out of your account without your knowledge. James is the worse one to deal with there. He lies and tells you he contacted the regional manager and that he will call you. Then changes his story hours later. I would NEVER rent through them again. WORST customer service in the world.

Started out great. Did business in the past, giving one star now because my wife paid with a different card once, and now they take it upon themselves to charge it every week when they weren't given permission to auto charge that card or account.

Great customer service. What's the customer first is always available? When you need them always on time, they go beyond their job to help you and what your needs are.

We were going to buy a bed from here in September and decided to cancel the order the same day not only did they still charge us but they tryed to charge us the following payment and never returned our money from the initial payment...we have called multiple times and they said they would call us back. Today we called again and they told us more or less they wouldn't refund the money.

Worst customer service ever. Used to be great (been renting there for 10 years) quality and great customer service. Going downhill the last few years. Will never get anything there again. Do not recommend.

Just want to say a huge thank you to everyone at this store who has always helped me with our purchases and helping with our TV and new bed for my son.. store is very clean and always feel welcome when u walk in the door and they always make sure they talk to there customers when they come thru the doors..

The staff here is great! I’ve gotten multiple things with them and have paid them all off without any issues. The manger is nice and always willing to work with you if something comes up.

Great staff! I've paid off multiple accounts. Had a rocky start, but that's on me for not paying on time and not communicating. As long as you communicate in a timely manner and make your payments when you say you're going to, everything is great and they can be very understanding.
