This credit union is the best I went in talk tona banker and walked out with a great interest rate on a loan. They treated me like a real person with a real life. All inside of a less than a hour not days. Thanks Affinity for being there when Noone else would. Thank you

I haven't had a regular bank account in years. 2023 has been an extremely rough year. I got a letter in the mail from affinity and decided why not try it! I went in for a loan request, came out with the loan, a savings account, and a checking account! I was so shocked at how smooth and easy the whole process was! Bleys Simmonds was an extremely amazing support and help. He was a pleasure to meet and work with and 10 out of 10 recommended him and affinity credit union.

Margie from Affinity was terrific! She was very pleasant, answered my questions, & asked if there was anything else she could do for me. We were only on for 3 minutes, which was mostly my fault.When Margie asked me if I would accept her text & respond to it, I gladly said, “Of course!” due to the previous call I made, shown below.Just before calling Affinity, I called another bank for the same reason. I had to enter several options (almost 5 minutes), then sit on hold for what seemed like forever b4 I was able to speak to a person! It then took about 5 more minutes b4 she was able to complete my request. All in all, the call lasted 20 minutes! Ridiculous!Thanks having a person answer the phones & for providing great and prompt service to your customers!

My experience with this place before we hired a new president to run. It was amazing.During Covid and have no way outside in lines for hours at a time in your vehicle. When they had construction going on was kind of raw. We had places to go as well. As everyone else do you have your account band blocked because you have an issue with the drive-through because of the long lines and the construction and the noise and the repeating of your drivers license Social Security number and account number because their system was off-line or construction noise is too loud to verify who you are. Jim should be fired himself inside for removing accounts at his leisure of Matt. The place looks amazing. It flows nicely when they are open. how do you 4 stars not 5.

I have been a member of Affinity Credit Union for close to 2 years. In that time I was taking advantage of by a car dealership selling me a car that was carrying a branded title. I basically drove this car for 2 months before I found out that the parts on this car were no longer being made. Affinity Credit Union has Stood Beside Me through this process and are helping me to finance another vehicle. This means to me that I have a friend and someone watching over me. I'm not a person with a lot of money but Affinity Credit Union is standing behind me which during these hard times standing behind me as a member regardless of what I have in my account. They are truly standing up for me as a member of Affinity Credit Union in Des Moines Iowa. Thanks to you all, your kindness is greatly appreciated.
