I had an unexpected breakdown and needed my car looked at right away. Most other shops were booked out for months, but Allpro was in my AAA network and offered a 10% discount, so I gave them a call. Zach answered and said they could get me in by that coming Wednesday a huge relief.
I had my car towed over, and they got it into a bay right away. By Wednesday or Thursday, they called me with a diagnosis and waited for my approval before moving forward with any repairs, which I really appreciated.
I ended up needing to travel out of state for a few weeks, and they were kind enough to keep my car in the bay until I returned, talk about customer service! When I came to pick it up, there was a small hiccup with the brakes, but they got me back in quickly and took care of it without hassle.
Overall, I’m really impressed with their service and communication. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles here from now on.

Zach was so kind, fixed my car taking into consideration my budget. He even provided me a ride home. He went out of his way in all respects and I would not take my car anywhere else for repairs. They are a 10 in my book!

They helped fix serveral issues with my cars, from fixing multiple leaks to an emergancy repair i had to get done because.my alternator died. Zach and his crew are friendly and have done amazing work on my car.

I wouldn’t let anyone work on my vehicle here. They work on cars high. I was driving through the parking lot one morning and saw a man in a blue all pro shirt sitting in an old rusted ford truck smoking a joint.

They charged $175 to clear codes and let the engine run for 2 hours. That was the entire diagnostic. Later, I was quoted $2,000 for 4 spark plugs and coils! They must not want to stay in business.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered I was recommended to them and I wish I never had went there. I took my 2015 GMC Sierra in there with the radiator leak. They lied to me. They replaced my radio but did not. paid for one And got one that was also damaged, which led to other issues with my truck working with Jason was a good experience working with Patrick was horrible. Jason told me he would pay for the tow because the south side Location Messed up My truck once it made it to the second Avenue location price was outrageous to repair my truck that they messed up so I took it to another Pl.,. Patrick was very upset and told me he was going to put my truck out on the street with the keys in it very disappointed, highly recommend you guys do not use this company
