I have been taking all my cars to them for full details at least once every year for the past 25 years. In addition, they also do periodic touch up work and paintless dent removal on all my cars. Very professional, extremely high quality work with great follow up and customer service. They will also be doing window tint on two of my cars this week. Over the years, if there have ever been any minor issues with the work, they’ve always taken care of it promptly and made it right. That’s why I keep going back. The quality of the work and most importantly—the quality of the people who do the work.

Ashley and the staff took care of me fast. I scratched my wheel on Monday and they got me in the same week. I went there and they painted the scratch and it was less than quoted.
I highly recommend Auto Artist for anything you need to make your car feel new again. Thank you for a great experience, and I will be back to try your detail shop..

These folks are first-class GOOD! They just did some paint chip and ding repair, along with a dent removal on two cars for me. Excellent work, fair price and I can't say enough good about the experience! Highest recomendation.

So I paid for the complete interior package and didn't receive all what was stated. I use to be an auto detailer and this was my first time having someone else do mine so I shot for the best reviewed business I could find here in Des Moines. For 200+ dollars I felt like I got a 50 dollar cleaning job. 3 obvious compartments weren't even touch, bottom rail guides for the seats are still dirty, all the head rests weren't lifted up an cleaned, obvious stains still on seats, still spots on front passenger trim, chrome inside wasn't wiped down afterwards to bring that pop. My touch screen radio still had spots and streaks on it, the back seats cargo nets weren't even touched, the inside of the handles of my doors are still dirty and the seats don't feel condition at all. So I'm extremely disappointed with the price for the work I got. If you're wondering why no photos it's because I picked up my car at 4:45, 15mins till closing and I didn't want to keep the receptionist there past hours. I don't like treating people like machines so I was quick with my walk through. The receptionist did a quick spit shin in the two compartments that I found and was super nice about it but she couldn't clean them entirely without a brush. I get that things get missed and we all do it (I know I have; doing that line of work) so I gave it grace and decided to take care of it myself at home but as I started to clean them I kept finding more things and touching them till the point that now I'm writing a review which I hate doing. Also please put "vacuum trunk floor mat" instead of "vacuum trunk" in the description because i thought you would vacuum under the mat and the spare wheel area. The receptionist only said they do the trunk mats

HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, QUALITY!Got a dent near a curve on the side panel of my SUV. Took it to a couple different business who all told me it was a major operation that would involve drilling into the panel, pulling the dent out and then repainting. Auto Artists assessed it honestly and confidentially and quoted me for their paintless dent repair process. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready to pick up before lunch, they did a great job on the repair and I see no evidence of the dent. Thank you so much Auto Artists for your honesty and the quality repair! I’ll be recommending and using you again for any future repairs as needed.

I detail my own vehicles but our Dark Cherry Acadia developed water spots from getting rained on while dusty and then sat all day in the sun. I couldn't get them out, but the team at Dynamic did. Car looks incredible now, they did a fantastic job.
