I sincerely appreciate how Meiko went above & beyond to extend a hand and fix my turn signal light on my vehicle. He was very patient, and showed a keen sense of how to operate on a vehicle. I hope this brother move up the ranks at this establishment because he deserves it!

Meiko went above and beyond, I went in the store looking for a Chevy key chain and I could not find it, he took his off of his keys and gave me his own! THAT IS AMAZING AND I WILL CONTINUE TO COME BACK! Thankyou so much Meiko! Your awesome!

Went to get a battery yesterday. The two gentlemen who helped me were so polite and patient. My car was a struggle to work on but they weren't going to give up. It took over an hour to get it figured out but they didn't quit. Works perfectly now and I'm confident that it will continue to work perfectly.

Totally unprofessional. I needed to get a code read. This guy tells me I have to plug it in because he’s been in too many dirty cars. Ok? Then he talks horribly to the other employee working asking why they don’t keep the reader in one spot blah blah. Totally disrespectful. He goes to see what the coder says and says “oh do you drive an effin Chevy?” Yes? “Where’d you buy it?” And basically is talking down to me for buying it. And idk why I felt the need to defend myself but I was like well I got it like 3k off and I love it. And he proceeds to tell me well that’s what I’m about to have to spend to take it into a shop to have it fixed. Little does he know I may be a woman but I already went to oreillys and the guy told me it was a simple fix and what part I would need. But it’s nothing major at all. I only went here because I was driving by and was curious if their reader might say something different. And let me just say, I went home looked it all up and I just fixed it with my brother. And I don’t work on cars!!! Go to the autozone on hubbell DO NOT go here. If this would have been the first place I would have more then likely wasted probably a couple hundred bucks taking it to a shop to get looked at. The guy at hubbell was super awesome and helped me buy my part no thanks to the man on Euclid. I had half a mind to ask which body shop he recommended cause it really felt like he probably has some deal with a shop and they can rip ppl off by scaring unknowing people with issues.

I came to get coolant was met right away by Meiko I have no idea what I’m looking for he took his time to make sure I was putting the right color in my car and went out his way to clean my battery up for me! When I told him I wish I could tip his response was I rather you sure your experience with me then me tip !! So here you go he is a great person that gives great customer service in a world where a lot of people are mad they are at work even tho they choose that job!! SO THANK YOU FIT THAT!! He deserves a store to run!!

They were VERY HELPFUL!!!! i live over 100mi away and needed a cap for my radiator, they didnt have one in stock but Meiko, went the extra mile and found me a cap...

Customer service in the sales department is terrible
I call on the main manager to take into account the attitude of his workers, especially Robert, who has inappropriate behavior to be serving with that arrogant attitude.

Meiko might be the best employee I've ever encountered in the auto industry. I came up not knowing why my car was having issues starting and he helped me figure out I needed a new battery. He made sure I ran the correct tests after to make sure nothing else was wrong with my car. I locked my keys in the running car and he helped me get it open. After the tough morning I was having I really wanted to hug him and cry. I suggest going out of your way to this location just for him. Very honest and kind man that didn't try to scam me for being a woman that doesn't know too much about cars.
