I had an appointment yesterday with Alicia for a Brazilian wax as a first time client. Alicia was very sweet and personable. I enjoyed meeting her and chatting. The service I received was subpar. Especially for the cost of services, I simply just expected better. I made the appointment through the website and it was accepted. I received a follow up text from Alicia asking if I could move my appointment to an earlier time which I was happy to accommodate. A few hours later, she sent another text asking to push back to a later time than originally scheduled and I declined. Upon arrival to the salon, everything was nice. Space was clean and inviting and again, Alicia was very kind and we chatted the entire time. My Brazilian however fell way below expectations. There are obvious hairs that were missed (more than a half inch) and it feels very incomplete. I still have hairs on my backside which, in my opinion, should've been cleaned up. I am Southeast Asian so I do have really thick hair. I am hairy, I'll admit it. I'm not sure if she just wasn't used to that thick of hair or what but I definitely won't be visiting again. I would have done a cleaner job waxing on my own. For the cost of services, I am extremely disappointed. Friendliness 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Service 5/10
