It does not feel safe doing an atm transaction. We can only go on Saturday and they are closed at this location. We drive 15 minutes to get there and it’s closed or the line to use the single atm is always sketchy. The branches another 15 minutes away are in Urbandale. Really looks like BOA is not interested in serving the city of Des Moines. Time to change banks.

Wonderful experience! The manager (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember but her very bright nails were awesome) was very friendly, proactive, and competent. She’s such a gem. I ended up having to wait for a while (my fault, didn’t make an appointment) and while I was sitting in the waiting area I got to eavesdrop on her being really kind and a clear communicator with everyone else who came up to the desk. James the relationship manager was also excellent and was a lovey calming presence during a stressful day. Thanks so much for all that you do!

This place is ridiculous! I tried to cash a check from one of their customers and was told that I had to see a banker to verify the check, because the tellers apparently can't do this. This is the most assanine thing ever. They wanted me to wait 30 minutes to see a banker (on my lunch break) to do this, then pay $8 on top of this huge inconvenience. If I was ever going to change my banking institution it would not be to this company. Same yourself the hassle and don't bother with them.

This branch is small, Everyone can hear your business and the staff are unprofessional. After my money clears I will be finding a new account . There a new Dupaco built in grimes that’s the best credit union never had any problems. Do not bank with this company . If you have any questions about my experience potential customers please ask me I will not sugar coat how this is the worst bank ever .

The teller and the person managing the bank are terrible. The lack of concern and ability to help knowing they have discretion to help as stated by the corporate office makes this the worst experience I have had with Bank of America since I joined back in 1994. I am by corporate BOA labeling me as a preferred gold member. What a crock of poo. BOA will be losing my business and I will let everyone know!

If you nbank here and your employer banks with BOA however a different branch BOA places a 48 to 72 hour HOLD. RIDICULOUS when is the same organization. A email has been sent to Bankibg Commission will give me some insight.

Love the new location! It doesn’t feel like it’s a pop up location when I go inside! There are two ATMs available during banking hours, but only one is accessible 24 hours.

Forgot my bank card at the bank went to retrieve it found out the card had been shredded with out notifying me that the card was going to be shredded first had to pay $5 for a new replacement
