took my car in for high flow cats to be installed short guy in the front told me to bring it in and took 1 hr to jack my car up and compare the sizes “sizes “ of the cats even tho i knew it would fit and then i start my car up as he tells me come back tomorrow and i have a check engine light now my car is bogging out wont rev shady people def don’t recommend when i went back in to confront him he got defensive and was trying to walk away

Benson he’s ROCK !!! We been know each others long time (almost 20 years ) He’s great guy even he’s busy he always trying make a time helps who ever comes he’s place without charging anything price vice always reasonable only thing I like on Benson he’s honest about every situation very passionate person and calm .I recommend him to everyone one I know ! He’s awesome great job ALWAYS!!!

The best mechanic shop in town. Very reasonable and great service! Using him for the past 20 years. Highly recommend Benson to any car repair including minor collision repairs!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE
Our car had an oil leak that was the reason it was brought in.
After a few days we were told the issue could not be fixed, which was fine I guess.
BUT… they did not refund our money and charged us $900 to look at a car and not fix anything.
Also I spoke to benson about this he’s an idiot. Don’t do business with this guy.

Absolutely incredible! They had my car done within 24 hours of dropping it off. Car problems are always stressful however Benson was prompt and did a wonderful job.

If I could I would give him 6 stars. I have been there twice and so far the best place I have been to get my car fixed. Very honest with his work and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend anyone who's looking for an affordable place.

Bensons import auto service was truly an amazing service. He worked so efficiently, timely and with great communication and had the best rates. He quoted my moms 2012 Hyundai and I was amazed with how quickly he got the car done and how he did for the price. the car runs great he even suggested some tips for minor cosmetic things she could do to improve the vehicle. He took his time to show the the car to my mom after completion. His shop is very nice and very organized. So happy with the repair of the vehicle and 10/10 service. I would recommend him to anyone for his super reasonable rates, his knowledge of his craft, his efficiency and extremely great communication. We will continue to utilize his services.

Has been here since 2018. I'm in Ames but I drove 30 minutes to find Bensen everytime I have any problem with my car.Great work with very resonable price, and this is the only place I will get my car fixed.
