I switched from Hy-vee pharmacy to Broadlawns and it’s the best choice I made for me. I am at Broadlawns 3 days out of the week. It’s convenient and fast. If they have trouble with any of my refills, they keep me in the loop.

Polite and pretty fast if you call around 2 hours before you go and ask them to pull your meds so they are ready when you get there. They are also friendly and knowledgable and easy to understand when you get a consultation.

I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the lady behind the cash register looking down on people and being rude and dismissive. Everyone here is very helpful and friendly except her. Give her some coaching. Teach her that all people deserve to be treated with respect and then you will have a 5 star establishment.

I had to pick up prescription for my client, I went to check In window ask for new prescription as well as for refill, when i ask this white lady regarding prescriptions, she said medicine not here go get it from OTC, I told her this not my first time I always pick up prescription for my client, she was giving me racist face not even unprofessionalwas very rude and disrespectful.
