Our experience is with our older car - 2008 Corolla. We were rear ended by another person, whose insurance was to pay for the damage. However, when they discovered that airbag sensors were damaged, they wouldn't do the work because it "totaled out the car" and they don't work on totaled out cars. They wanted the insurance company (that was really good to work with) to give them a blank check, and when that didn't happen they became condescending and treated us as if we were a waste of their time. When we picked up the car, they had not put anything back together. The trunk was ripped up, carpet and other pieces in the back seat, housings removed - a disaster. When we put it together, pieces were missing. I personally would find another place to go. They seem to be interested only in repairs that insurance will pay fully on newer cars. I prefer a shop that cares equally for all customers, and I'll take my newer cars elsewhere as well. We had good success with Automotive Collision Repair in Ankeny.
