I called the store spoke to a guy who made an appointment through my email for today August 17 at 3:30. Tell me why I show up it says closed there’s nobody there. I called the store back and another female answers and says oh yeah they’re closed. I’m like this is the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced in my life. I will never be coming here again. You just wasted my time. So yes, you do deserve this one star view if anything you deserve zero stars

Their job is to upsell you on things you don't even NEED to have done. THEY WILL take advantage of women and people whom don't know better. THEY WILL break things and force you to pay a higher price on repairs. BUYER BEWARE.

These guys are awesome. Every time I go to them I am impressed with their depth of knowledge and care for the customer. They will explain the issue and give you options as well as advice to prevent future issues. They aren't pushy with upsells and genuinely want to help you.
I've even gone in a couple of times with minor things like a consistent airing issue on a single tire and they helped me diagnose and air it back up,
when I offered to pay they told me not to worry about it. They really are the best!

We were on our way home to Denver and the AC crapped out in 90 degree weather in addition to a small exhaust leak that developed on the road. We stopped in on our way out of town and Tom got us in and out in an hour in our new quiet icebox. Great service, good people, good pricing

Tom Wingfield, the store manager was the nicest, most accomodating mechanic I've ever met! Our vehicle was dead in Des Moines, several hours away from home in freezing weather. He let us wait until AFTER CLOSING for our tow to arrive and then he helped load the car to be towed! THANK YOU TOM! I only regret waiting so long to leave this review.

They are always polite and helpful to me. When I had a problem two different times with a noise in my car, they checked it out and they did not charge me.

My car has been stalling out. Made an appointment to find out what was wrong with it. They had me in and out in great timing. Got a detailed report just as I asked. Will be coming back!!

Had a flat tire and had to get towed in. As soon as I called for a tow, an employee from Car-x called me right away to let me know that they were expecting me. Once at the shop they were quick to get me in and taken care of. Very nice employees. I appreciate the customer service

Over priced for no reason I came in yesterday and spoke to the lady at the front desk for alignment on my car I have a Mercedes and I brought a Mercedes there a while ago madi is a great lady she’s the one who helped me and I only paid 98$ to get it done. The lady yesterday said that they were busy and I could come back tomorrow I was trying to make sure what the price was she said that they would need to look at it so I said just make an appointment for tomorrow which is today I went in and talked to her she was trying to look up my name she didn’t even set my appointment up like she said so I told her about my car she went to the back and was speaking to her coworkers and they were telling her to charge me a lot and just tell him labor like I’m stupid or something and they didn’t even look at the car like they said they will and I wasn’t trying to start anything just wanted my alignment done and she was going to charge me 500$ just for that when fire stone only charges 120 and brake plus 80$ I only went there because of madi I like how she gets things handled but now I would never go there again and I don’t suggest anyone to go there and I will make sure to get that spread.
