Worse location pop & slushy machines always down. They barely have lids & straws stacked. Their a black guy with dreads that always on his phone when cashing out customers. They never have nothing gotta drive to the location on Army Post Rd which is a better location. I advise people to drive past this location go to a different location.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. It's already set to arrive a half hour later than it was supposed to which was already a 40 minute wait in of itself. Maybe caseys should get their own delivery drivers back instead of taking your order then contracting it to doordash and just hoping there's an available driver nearby

Filled up a rental car before returning it at the Des Moines airport. It declined my first attempt. I used another card to get the gas. Within an hour I received an email from my credit card with an unauthorized charge of $175. The gas pump must have been compromised with a false credit card reader.

I go here everyday for lunch since it’s the closest from my work, but these guys never ever have any fresh food there. The ladies working in the kitchen look like they just got out of bed. Cashier is never friendly. I probably won’t be going back here. Hope this is helpful to other people. THEY NEVER HAVE FRESH FOOD. AND ALWAYS HABE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The pizza was fresh, the customer service was okay. The lady behind the counter acted like she didn't want to be at work. And the lady in the kitchen didn't wear a hair net or a hat. And there was coffee spilled by the door and they only left a wet floor sign. Definitely a safety hazard.

Ordered a taco pizza which I usually order, but this time the tomatoes were big chunks, the lettuce pieces are about the same size as the pizza slices and it barely had chips on it. I'll probably start ordering from the other Casey's on Army Post Rd.
