Dinner time as someone traveling through no food in warmers around dinner time NONE. STOPPED AT 3 CASEYS AND NONE IF THEM HAD FOOD OR FOOD EXPIRED SINCE 5PM. ITS 6:49PM. Whom ever runs these Casey's needs get their teams in check on what they should be doing!!

I should’ve checked the reviews before even thinking about stopping for food here. Unprofessional employees eating instead of having ANY food ready during the lunch rush. If you’re gonna have your own ranch, you should probably actually have some. Also, when asking if you have any, screaming “NO” then turning your back to a customer to continue to eat… yikes to whoever hires these people. 4/14/25 @11:30am

Wanted to pick up breakfast pizza or basically anything. 9:30 am they had absolutely nothing in the food service area. Not the first time this has happened, will not bother going back.

Sometimes less is better. It was supposed to be a breakfast pizza with scattered meat. Instead, the first bite was literally a handful of meat. Normally, I'm not one to complain about more... but this made the pizza inedible. It was so salty from the bacon that it overpowered the entire slice. Super disappointing ?
However on a positive note. I did recently just try thier pre made food and the SALAD is ?? 10/10

Ordered some pizza and cheesy bread. When I got there at the time it said to pick it up they were just putting it in the oven. 10 minutes later the pizza I got was not great. Very messy

Ordered a pizza and boneless wings with 2 sauces for delivery. Pizza and wings arrived but no sauce. Tried calling the store to see if simple mistake or if I can come get sauce. I state on the automated menu option that I am calling to report an issue with an existing order. I get placed on a short hold. I then hear what is clearly someone picking up the phone to take me off hold and then immediately hanging up. I call right back and go through the same voice menu options. I get placed on the same hold and am left there for going on 25 minutes before I gave up. I understand forgetting small things like sauce but why even have an option to report an issue with your order if they will just blatantly ignore you.

Ordered pizza from this location and the breadsticks were burnt and not edible. The taco pizza was under cooked and the beef pizza was also burnt. I am not sure if this is an oven issue, but we will not be returning to this location.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and the crust was still raw dough. They rushed it through the oven just because they were busy. They also cut the pizza into 16 thin slices for some reason. This is the lowest quality of pizza I've ever had. What a joke. Casey's is pretty good usually but whoever was making pizzas at the the 60th /Douglas location on 1/24/24 at 6PM needs to find a different job!

I love this Casey's location it's a few minutes away for me to walk in and get what I need and the managers are always super friendly. Their Taco Pizza is the bomb.
Parking: Parking lot is always clean and lots of parking spots.

The service was terrible! The chicken wings were so salty that we couldn’t eat them! The pizza was very small but charged for a large one!
Parking: Seemed like a lot of undercover stuff going on in the parking lot while I waited for my order
