Food is usually old or cold the gas pumps are always broken of receipts are always out at the pumps the widow washer buckets are always empty too meanwhile the attendant is just chatting inside with co workers i recommend to go down the road to the other gas stations

Went here to fill up with diesel as their sign said it was 20 cents cheaper ($3.59) than adjacent gas stations. After filling and seeing the total and looked and realized they charged me ($3.79). When I went inside to talk to them about it the cashier and other staff member on duty talked about it, saying it happens all the time, and preceded to go about their business making me wait for 5 minutes. Then when I asked if I could get a refund they said no. Then told me I could call next week and talk to the manager if I wanted.
While I realize I should have caught that the pump said a different price than the sign, the fact that they wouldnt fix the issue, have had the issue before, but also made me wait on them fixing their sign, are all reasons I'll go across the street next time.

I took 1 minute too long redeeming my Casey's cash so they took the 8 perfectly good FRESH looking slices off of the warmer & wouldn't allow me to have one. All I had available for payment was Casey's cash so I had to get something there & was only able to get some chips for dinner because they had no other warm prepared food available other than the perfectly good whole pizza worth of slices they removed without having anything to replace them with.

This location is just ok. I honestly try avoiding it due to the number of people who panhandle right outside the doors. I even stopped ordering pizza from this particular store as well even tho it's closest to me. The staff clearly doesn't care.

I have been coming here every morning for the last couple of years for breakfast. For the last couple of weeks there have been no food items ready and in many cases the lights are off and the store is still locked up with employees inside. I asked an employee what was going on and was told the new kitchen lady was “doing things her way”. You would think with Kwik Star right across the street management would be on top of this because that’s where all their customers are going when they leave your store empty handed.

Bad management. Went in to purchase cold bottled water. Cold racks not stocked. Promotion price tags covering non promotion items and set in front of non promotion items . Very confusing, making you think you’re getting a promotion item when you’re not. Register help slow and uncaring. This Casey’s is rated miserable! Not stopping here ever.

So many problems with this location: wrong toppings, forgotten delivery items, unfriendly employees, etc.Tonight, for the second time, our delivered pizza was handed to us with no safety sticker.And I just pulled a long hair out of my mouth. That was embedded in the taco pizza. I felt it stretch across my tongue.Last time we ordered, the Casey’s Chow tasted like the plastic container it was in.I wish there was more focus on consistency.
