The kids were having a sleepover, so I did the buy one pizza, buy one for half price. I had to do one cheese pizza with extra pizza sauce and did a Hot Sausage and Jalepeno pizza with extra sauce mainly for me. The kids loved the pizza. The employees were professional and hard-working as well as friendly.

Casey's certainly has the best pizza in the world. Also, you guys have a great selection of beverages and snacks. I'm a very happy customer and I'm coming back to this location the next time I get pizza for a family get-together. :)

Pizza at this location is very good and the employees are laid back and friendly. Reminds me of a small town Casey's and I mean that in a good way.

I did have an inconvenience when loading was occurring at the north entrance. I was told to go around to the South entrance just as I was sliding through. Somehow, the two boxes at the end of the conveyor fell making a loud ruckus accentuated by somebody shouting. I was heading to the register to prepay, my puppy was waiting in the car, and I just wanted to get going. I went out the South entrance and walked around and drove my truck and trailer to the Casey's just north to fill up. Sometimes things get tense for no reason. This occurred caddy corner from Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny. Barricades, caution tape, service door... All good investments at a highly visible location in mine and their hometown.

Went in on a Sunday morning to get coffee, they had cups and coffee but no lids. The clerk said he would go try to find a lid, they had no lids in the store, so he said he was gonna go outside and look for a lid, when he came back in he did not inform me that they did not have lids ,he just went behind the counter and talked to some woman. A coworker came in carrying 2 kittens and both employees were handling the kittens while they were making food, this is very unsanitary I will never go to this Casey's again.

Ordered three pizzas for my wife’s classroom in the morning to be ready at 2:15PM. When I walked in the two young men in the back continued their conversation for quite a while before acknowledging me, and once they did it was discovered they hadn’t even started my order yet. The young girl at the register was nice and apologetic.. thus the reason for the one star.

They forgot half my order for the delivery that I paid and tipped for. When I called and spoke to the manager,Cory Davis, I received a lectured for several minutes on why it was not Casey’s fault. However the missing items were at their store still not handed to the door dash driver. I can’t believe how incredibly rude the manager was. Just take some ownership and make it right. Remember either way it’s certainly not the customers fault!!! I have been a long time Casey’s customer that will take my gas and dinner business to a business that values their customers.

Ordered online, super easy, did the 25%off a large pizza deal. Ended up getting a meat lovers with no ham add bacon and it was DELICIOUS!!

I go there every morning on way to work. Always stocked with coffee, sandwiches, pizza. I use them for all my Pizza purchases. They don't deliver, but they are very friendly. Pleasantly greeted every time I enter the building. Great employees.

My husband and I stop at this Casey’s every Sunday AM around 7:45. There is an employee named Charles who is exemplary! He is completely cheerful week after week! He does way more than his job, frequently doing more than he needs to! If I had a business, I would want Charles working for me!
