I tried transferring phones by my self and was at my breaking point I spent 23 hours trying before coming into the Euclid location where Gisselle offered to help she was very helpful and within an hour and a half she had everything updated and transferred over it works great and couldnt thank her enough for the help

Trash company. Trash trash trash. Literally treat you like a slave and disregard any days off. They will make you come in on days off. And if you plan on putting in your 2 weeks they will just let you go and falsely accuse you of theft.
