Trash company. Trash trash trash. Literally treat you like a slave and disregard any days off. They will make you come in on days off. And if you plan on putting in your 2 weeks they will just let you go and falsely accuse you of theft.

Visited the East Euclid location for the second time. Beware, the sale people are dishonest!I wanted to buy a phone only - nothing more, no addons, nothing. Salesperson told me I had to purchase insurance. I was adamant that I did not want it, she agreed to only issue it for 7 days, said it's the only way around it. If I am paying for my phone in full, why would I be forced to buy insurance??After getting set up, rung up, was told two accessories are free, so the sales person gave me a phone case and screen protector. After leaving the store, looked over my receipt and saw that I was charged for the screen protector and the case. Not only that, the price I was charged for the case was MORE than the sticker price right on the case! AND the screen protector is not even for the phone model that bought. It does not fit. When I went back to the story, they told me they do not do returns.I will never purchase anything in a cricket store again. All my future purchases will be online.ETA: I reached out to Cricket on Facebook messenger as recommended. Their response was "accessories purchased from a Cricket Store are subject to that Authorized Retailer's return policy," but they could help remove any unwanted services from the account, which was not helpful since the insurance was set up for a week and has already been billed removed.

Gisselle and Daniel provided exceptional customer service and I walked out under $135 with 3 phones and 3 unlimited plans, hbo max and a Sam's Club Membership. Couldn't be happier.
