They were able to remove the cat vomit stain out of my down comforter and still leave it fluffy. It was done when they said it would be, and was reasonably priced.

I have never given a negative review before but to say that I am disgusted and appalled is an understatement. First, after spending over a few hundred dollars to have some clothes dry cleaned, they weren’t clean at all. When I addressed the issue, I was treated like I owed her a favor for giving me my clothes back dirtier than when I dropped them off. I guess I am the jerk who assumed that when I pay a cleaner and tip well too that they would in fact clean! So after being mistreated and told that lint and hair are in the air and there is. I thing wrong with my dirty clothes, I opened the bag and asked her,” would you pay someone for this job?” She said, “ok let’s send them back. “ I hesitantly gave them back to her and mentioned that I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my things with them again. She said, “I ain’t gonna do nothing to your stuff.” 4 days later I pick up my clothes again and they’re dirty and smell of smoke. I had dresses for a funeral in them and I said I want my money back. She said I will not get my money back. I said well when I go to work, I do my job. Perhaps maybe cleaners should clean so in my opinion, this was not only inconvenient and rude but also theft. I am out a lot of money with more work to show for it than before I stepped foot in Presto Cleaners.
